5.0 star star star star starThese days it’s not as common for physicians to spend their time in the examining room listening to the patient, explaining clearly to the patient what is possible and probable, and allowing the patient to Express his or her concerns. Many physicians these days focus on computer entries. Dr. Hill focuses on the patient.

5.0 star star star star starHe is very calming, asks the right questions, and even considered weather my symptoms were related to my specific social determinants of health (i.e., could my shoulder pain be related to pre-diabetes or diabetes?)

5.0 star star star star starMy experience with Dr. Hill has been great. His bedside manner shows he truly cares about his patients, I was sick on my last visit, having breathing issues, before my ortho follow up, he inquired about how I was feeling since my last visit. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. That meant a lot to me

5.0 star star star star starHe immediately diagnosed an issue that others had missed with the same images. He will do his final recommendations after seeing the results of an MRI. He took so much time. He didn’t hurt me during examination and he was a true gentleman.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
