5.0 star star star star starDr. Hermida de Viveiros did a fantastic job of addressing my concerns and was able to come up with explanations that I could understand. He took his time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel like he was rushing through my appointment. Also, Nurse [ ] was very caring and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer any of my questions and explain what to expect which gave me some peace of mind during a very difficult time.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderWhile he took the time to answer my questions and concerns, I felt him very rushed with me. I suggested a blood check to Dr Viveiros within a week like [ ] always suggests for me without my prompting to make sure I am well.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
