5.0 star star star star starMy first meeting with Melissa was exceptional. She was very informed of my individual medical history and came prepared to discuss my specific survival treatment of care. She was detailed, knowledgeable and empathetic. She also spent a great amount to time discussing my situation and ensured all my questions were answered before I left. It was a very pleasant and comforting experience.

5.0 star star star star starMelissa is always very personable. Even though I see her yearly, she was well prepared for the visit. She even addressed a personal (none health related) issue I informed her about at our previous appointment. Her notes and recommendations were on my chart by the time I got home. I left with a through overview of my health history.

5.0 star star star star starI wasn’t clear on what to expect with my Survivorship appt but I was very pleased with my appt with Melissa Duffy. She was very personable, thorough and informative. I appreciated having my health history summarized and explained again (plus sent to my PCP) and she heard my concern with my diagnosis of [ ] osteoporosis since starting my 5 year preventative plan on Anastrozole and answered my questions and explained she’d contact my Endocrinologist to see if they could possibly see me before my [ ], 2023 appt.

5.0 star star star star starMelissa has been one of the best providers we’ve worked with both within and beyond Northwestern. She’s knowledgeable, personable, thinks critically, and has advocated for me. A prime example of why we’ve recommended NW to friends and family.

5.0 star star star star starMelissa Duffy is professional, caring, and respectful. She has a welcoming and pleasant smile that put me at ease. She listened to my concerns and gave me excellent advice. I felt comfortable around her, she gave good eye contact when she spoke to me, and that showed me that she cares and it made me feel special. I totally love the copy summary of my medical history and planned tests that she puts together for me. It helps me to keep up with all my check ups, lab work, and tests. I feel confident and at ease when I travel because I know that I have all my important medical information summarized perfectly for the medical personnel to understand and follow. Thanks Melissa for guiding me in my care. I also would like to thank my Super-hero Dr. [ ] for all his wonderful care. Thank You. Your patient [ ]
