During my last visit with Dr. Chae, he and his care team presented me with a milestone award for the number of cancer infusions I have had. He is never on time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 11:00AM. 12:16 he arrived. I tatally understand that there could be a delay, but 1+ hour is a little to much. I also like to bring to your attention that this is not the first time that I waited over an hour for Dr. Chae.
