5.0 star star star star starDr. Grant asked me: How do you feel about this last year? before discussing the results of the neuropsych results. I was shocked that the wanted my assessment of how I was functioning, He answers my questions. He listens. Discusses options. Respectful. Professional. Compassionate. A blessing.

5.0 star star star star starMy reason for the score I give Dr. Ian Grant is the fact that I’m experiencing memory issues and have lost some of my self confidence. Talking with him and participating in his exam seems to put me at ease and I still have hope for myself to carry on socially.

5.0 star star star star starDr Grant was very thorough and was very caring during the first meeting with my wife as he gathered the information he needed to asses my wife’s mental impairment without upsetting her. This is not an easy experience for the patient and Dr Grant showed empathy in guiding my wife through the uncomfortable process.

5.0 star star star star starDr Grant is a brilliant and compassionate physician. He was a great listener and outlined a treatment plan to fit me. He spent extra time to make sure I understood my problem and how we would proceed. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is a real credit to Northwestern.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
