At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
I am fortunate to be treated by Dr. SaltzmanDr. Saltzman is professional kind caring and treated me with empathy and explained well I will recommend Dr. Saltzman to my family and friends without any hesitation
Both Dr. Saltzman and his PA have been great throughout this entire process, including surgery. They are, most importantly, competent. They are responsive, friendly, patient and overall, very helpful. I would highly recommend them to potential patients.
It helps that Dr. Satlzman was recommended by a good friend and also my regular physical therapist. I saw another doc for a 2d opinion and he spent more time reviewing my condition, so that had me wondering if Dr. Saltzman saw enough. The recommendations for treatment were not different. The references for Dr. Saltzman and his demeanor, and apparent knowledge, give me great confidence.
Orthopedically there is not much which can be done in this situation. There is no cure for this genetic condition and not many options. Surgery is not an option and honesty was much appreciated by Dr Saltzman in explaining why it would not be successful.
Dr. Saltzman and staff provided me with excellent care. They discussed my diagnosis and what would be the best way moving forward with treatment and the expected time frame for me to heal, and what the next steps would be if I did not heal properly. I was extremely satisfied with them!
Dr Saltzman was thorough to the max. Nuts and bolts explanation on all questions asked. Appeared to be totally on board with what was best for me. Very thankful for his genuine concern for my repair and return to a normal life with its activities. Anyone who doesn't care for him, news flash... , they must be the problem!
