It was my first time visiting but she breezed through the exam. It felt like she didn't really make an effort to get to know me as a new patient and made me feel rushed. She answered my questions but very briefly and used dermatological jargon, which left me feeling very confused and like I had more questions than I started with.

Doctor and Medical Assistant were both cordial, friendly, and open to questions. Exam was moderately thorough. (More thorough than Dr Zheng last year, but not as thorough as Dr Choi a few years ago.)

She's the best. Her team is the best. If I was the CEO of NMPG, I would have the doctor and her team train the entire NMPG network how to work together and how to communicate with patients. They are consistently the best and are superior to any other department in the NMPG network! They are prompt in responding and always address any concerns the patient may have. Simply the best!
