3.0 star star star star_border star_borderIt was my first time visiting but she breezed through the exam. It felt like she didn't really make an effort to get to know me as a new patient and made me feel rushed. She answered my questions but very briefly and used dermatological jargon, which left me feeling very confused and like I had more questions than I started with.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDoctor and Medical Assistant were both cordial, friendly, and open to questions. Exam was moderately thorough. (More thorough than Dr Zheng last year, but not as thorough as Dr Choi a few years ago.)

5.0 star star star star starShe's the best. Her team is the best. If I was the CEO of NMPG, I would have the doctor and her team train the entire NMPG network how to work together and how to communicate with patients. They are consistently the best and are superior to any other department in the NMPG network! They are prompt in responding and always address any concerns the patient may have. Simply the best!

5.0 star star star star starSee above. She is caring, thoughtful, listens to her patients, and a complete professional. Side note, and maybe a bit much, but she is always magazine cover ready, and I love coming to see her so she can look over all my markings!

5.0 star star star star starShe’s professional, thoughtful and is able to take care of the issues I have with my skin. And I appreciate that what may seem small to someone else is not small to the patient and the doctor very willingly takes care of the issue no matter how big or how small

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
