5.0 star star star star starHe took the time to really listen and we actually decided against Paxlovid since the symptoms weren’t that serious. He was very personable which was appreciated and helped me realize sometimes you don’t need additional medication . (Not that it’s the norm for me)

4.0 star star star star star_borderBut I would like you to do your job in patient care well, do not defend yourself that the rules change and they do work if it matters what the patient asks you anyway if he earns his salary, they do not have to do anything for free and I do not judge it, I just would like that he was fairer with his patients than in any way that is his profession.

5.0 star star star star starOtherwise the experience from pre-appt, Intake, initial consult with the nurse, and my experience with Dr. Chung was excellent. I was early to my appt and got in early with the doctor. I never once felt rushed or lectured by Dr. Chung and he made me feel comfortable and assured that healthcare was shared decision making between the HCP and the patient. I had blood work done and the phlebotomist was professional and friendly, and lab results were returned the next morning.

5.0 star star star star starDr Chung was recommended by my former Primary Care Doctor, Dr [ ]. Her recommendations have been great for the many years I was seeing her. She was right on again. Dr Chung was very through and took the time to get to know me. I am looking forward to dealing with him in the future.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Chung is amazing. His level of understanding, listening and overall demeanor went above my expectations. He was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. I have switched my PCP to him as I trust I'm in good hands with Dr. Chung.

5.0 star star star star starMy first time seeing him so I would say it is difficult to make any statements but he was great to talk through any health concerns and quickly acknowledged my questions and made the wellness check about me, not any other medical agenda.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDoctor was fine. He gave me antibiotics for a sinus infection which seemed clear. But I had to ask him to exam me in my sinus and ask more detailed questions about the lingering symptoms. He didn’t offer much perspective or info than I already had. My regular provider tends to listen more and give me more detailed and helpful direction.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
