5.0 star star star star starShe focused on my daughter and trying to get my daughter to tell her what was going on. I encourage my daughter to talk freely to the doctor about what is wrong instead of me talking for her so it was nice that Dr Gehle encouraged her to talk.

5.0 star star star star starDoctor Kim Gehle took the time to care for my sick son. I was desperate, and wanted my son to feel relief in his ears. I thank Doctor Gehle for her knowledge in her field. She was able to figure out if my son had an ear infection. We had already gone to the immediate care center and we were send back home with no success.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Gehle is amazing with all of my kids. She goes above and beyond. For example: I mentioned that my maternity leave was ending, and I was being asked to come back into the office, and Dr. Gehle volunteered to write my work a letter to suggest that I get to work from home to better care for my premie baby and protect her from infections.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
