5.0 star star star star starHe listened, he asked specific questions about my problem, exam was respectfully but excellently done. He gave a diagnosis I didn't expect, but explained it all carefully so I could understand. He then provided advice, recommendations, and specific steps for me to take. HE LISTENED!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Qayyum is especially an AMAZING & ICONIC doctor who really took his time and practically cured me from the immense pain I was feeling from my pilonidal cyst. He is also very friendly and personable which made the experience so much easier and less intimidating. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Qayyum was not only very knowledgeable teaching me about the process and how my situation happened, but also him answering all my questions in a concerned manner. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Imad Qayyum to anyone and everyone!

He was professional, clear, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Dr. Qayyum listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
