5.0 star star star star starAfter my first visit I was very impressed. Dr Numan was extremely knowledgeable about my case and treatment. He knew what seamed like everything about me. He also has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to discuss all the items I asked about. He never seamed rush and appeared very positive in his communication.

5.0 star star star star starThis is the 3rd hematology / oncology MD that I have needed to transfer care to during the last 36 months. Since so many physicians in this specialty are relocating, it has been very challenging to access quality cancer care during this time. I hope Dr. Numan keeps getting to know his patients as people first since developing shared care goals comes from understanding how one individual's priorities differ greatly from another.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Numan always shows a genuine concern for my condition. He explains thoroughly what to look for and not to hesitate to call his office if I am concerned about something new cropping up. His examination appears to be thorough and I am not left in a waiting room cooling my heals for any length of time.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Numan was OUTSTANDING, he explained everything in detail. He also gave me a detailed printed copy of the mutations that are reeking havoc in my body. Great first time visit. Dr. Numan also had a plan of attack that included several options for attacking the cancer

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
