5.0 star star star star starWonderful doctor. A pleasure to deal with. Explains everything and answers all questions. I never feel rushed or feel as though I am a bother. Dr. Meeks is warm but professional. His expertise in this field is obvious and explains current as well as possible future treatments. It has been a long time since I have felt so comfortable under a doctor's care but have renewed faith in the medical profession because of him and those that work with him.

5.0 star star star star starHe is extremely thorough and compassionate. He diagnosed and performed the surgeries to remove cancer in my kidney and bladder. My neo-bladder is now seven years old and I am cancer free. Today Dr. Meeks told me I don’t have to return for follow up visits. I am cured. I will miss him but will never forget him!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Meeks put my husband and I at ease immediately… It his expertise on the area of our concern was impressive. He covered the background of the problem, the treatments available wire, white wire. Why or why not they , worked & his his suggestions, ,on what Avenue to take. He also had a suggestion on the next step to take and who to take it with. I thought he had mentioned he was going to contact the doctor. He wanted me to see but when I called the next day and not been notified yet. Which made a little bit longer to get into see him. When I had a question, that was sent to his portal, answered immediately.

5.0 star star star star starI can't evaluate Dr. Meeks from the standpoint of someone with considerable medical knowledge in the specialty. From a layman's point of view, he appears knowledgeable and competent and he has discussed matters with me without rushing me.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
