My post op appointment was changed multiple times. I was never called or communicated with about the changes. This whole experience has been less than what I would expect from Northwestern. I now cannot even see Dr. Hansen for a post op check. If I had known ahead of time this would be such a headache I would have absolutely gone elsewhere.

Dr Hansen came highly recommended by my internist. She did not disappoint. Although rather quiet, her bedside manner is reassuring, and her skill as a surgeon was apparent in the perfect margins on my tumor and my easy recovery. As a go-between outside of surgery, her team (nurses and PAs) are compassionate and exceptionally responsive.
