The Northwestern Medicine Urology Program offers leading-edge, personalized care using a comprehensive approach to the evaluation and management of urologic cancers and benign urologic conditions. The program ranks amongst the nation’s most experienced and is a destination for those requiring specialized urologic care, including second opinions.

The Northwestern Medicine Urology Program provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment capabilities for men, women and adolescents. Our goal is to achieve superior results for our patients and improve their overall quality of life.

Bladder Cancer

Our urologic oncologists offer advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques in addition to multidisciplinary treatment in collaboration with Northwestern Medicine's medical and radiation oncologists.

Congenital Urology

Our team of urologists has specialized training to facilitate uninterrupted care for patients with long- congenital genitourinary disorders.

Female Pelvic Medicine and Bladder Health

Our program offers comprehensive and compassionate care for women’s urological conditions, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fistula.

Gay and Bisexual Men's Urology Program

World-class urology care for men who identify as gay or bisexual.

Gender Pathways Program

The Northwestern Medicine Gender Pathways Program is committed to providing gender-affirming care to transgender and gender nonbinary patients. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists offers a range of surgical, medical and mental health services. They are dedicated to helping people achieve their individualized transition-related goals.

Genetic Counseling

If you or your family is at increased risk of cancer due to personal or family history, Northwestern Medicine geneticists can provide individualized cancer risk assessment and health management recommendations.
